Hi! CK. Your blog is always iniripsng. But I don't think you should accept the employees with poor performance. Good management should not allow double standards. It creats the employees' resentment and reduces employees' morale and productivity. At least an award system should be implement for the employees with good performance if punishment is not feasible. Besides, I think you should accept employees refusing work OT. Good mangaement should not rely on workers work OT. It overloads the employees and may increase the resignation rate of the company. Also, it is fairer to paid OT.

May26 why.you.and.iHello, i just like to tell you that i like your posts; especially the way you tell about the pgaoohrtphs you take like this one fires dancing on the ashes in the evening sun or this one There’s a little magic in every neglected window on Floater. It gives a whole different nuance. Thanks for sharing, good luck :)Reply</a>

It's all good when you don't have to pee.Actually, it's a pretty easy maze. If you rlaley have to pee, it might not seem so easy, but it won't zap or spray you if you get it wrong the first time. Try it. Don't pee on yourself. Good job. I knew you could do it.

Oh. My. God. The ribs were DELICIOUS. We had enough for leeftvors, and we were fighting over the scraps!!! Those ribs were phenomenal, truly. I have every confidence that your business will blossom!! Apart from them being fall-off-the-bone tender, they had just the right amount of smoky flavour, not too salty, really nice balance of flavours. There was something for everyone in those- there was sweet, salty, spicy, fragrant…you’ve hit a winner there! What was especially nice about the ribs was that the sauce was on the side, they weren't the sloppy-gloppy variety, which in my view alone puts Flamz head and shoulders above the rest. You have to know that there is NOTHING else like this in Bermuda, my husband would’ve found it already if it did exist! Well done, and I look forward to this Friday!

Peter I'm glad you like this.In the next couple of years, WordPress may well ovtraeke Blogger as the free blogging software of choice. WordPress.com aims to introduce a number of newtemplates and keep all the basic services free, so that willbecome a really attractive option to those who don't want to bother with finding their own server and such.I can't take credit for the icon that was the work of my cousin Matt, a tech guru who is also hosting this blog on his server. I like that it preserves a visual link to my old blog, though I suppose at some point I might try and incorporate the full-size GIf into the stuff at the bottom of the page as well. There are plenty of templates ( themes ) to look at check the listing or . The leanness of WordPress code might allow Slow Reads to load more quickly out here in slow-modem land. (Not that I'm complaining, understand it's not a real nuisance since I can link separately to the blog, and the main page only changes once a month.)

RD How do I handle it? By igonring it until it's almost upon me, then turning my back abruptly on the old. Very Orwellian of me, I suppose ( We are at war with East Asia now. We have always been at war with East Asia! ) but I do tend to live in the present.Maria Thanks! I hadn't thought about the territory-marking angle, but I think you're right there must have been some such instinct at work there. Then again, peeing is also a primal response to fear

I love having an oueltt to continue to talk as if Mom was still here. I like researching to find out new information on things and sharing it. I love creating new recipes and sharing things I have learned along the way. I love sharing my thoughts on books. Finally I love meeting new blogger and reading, learning about them. Due to medical probelms and I was home most of the time, an spoke to no one all my friends were much to busy with jobs/families & I had many doctor visits etc. being lonely & bored at home my daughter who is a blogger suggested I'd try it and that I could offer new mom's or moms with little kids and share my experience. I started on my birthday on the 13th of this month two years ago. The rest is history.

I actually got into blggiong when I used to blog at TV.com during the fight to save the show Journeyman - I also contributed daily to Hey! Nielsen (which has since been defunct) and stumbled across various 'regular' blogs of people I could relate to...and the rest, as they say, is history. ;)

We did just family and had cake (my first homamede cake--big success). Lilly was a mess by the end of the 2 hour span and wanted nothing to do with it. This year (2 years!) we had family again with cake and ice cream, but I ordered a cake from Sam's because I didn't want to make more cake to accommodate the extra family coming. We put up streamers, had a bunch of balloons and had party hats and those blower party favors. She absolutely loved it this year!!
